How to get to Goodwood Estate
Back to Top of ListLocated in West Sussex, Southern England, The Goodwood Estate is nestled amongst the rolling hills of the beautiful South Downs National Park. With good transport links, The Goodwood Estate is located just outside of the historic City of Chichester, 60 miles from London and 30 miles from both Brighton and Southampton.
From Chichester, the Goodwood Estate can be accessed via bus service. During large events including the Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed, Goodwood operate their own bus service for event attendees.

Each offer the perfect base for exploring the delights of the South Downs National Park, whilst being located close to the city of Chichester, Chichester Harbour and the beautiful beaches that surround it.
Peach Tree Cottage and Crab Apple Cottage each sleep up to four people across two en-suite bedrooms. The cottages both have their own delightful gardens, as well as open plan kitchens, dining rooms and sitting rooms, and benefit from utility rooms for those who want to get the washing out the way during their stay. There is also off-road parking for two cars at each cottage.

Accommodating up to six people across three bedrooms, The Pheasantry offers enviable views across West Sussex and out to the sea and horizon beyond.
Inside this delightful cottage is a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, a living room, snug and three bedrooms, two with super king or twin beds, and the third with a king bed. The property benefits from a very large garden, perfect for the summer months.

Back to Top of ListNestled on the edge of the Goodwood Estate and close to the charming hamlet of Halnaker is Windmill Cottage; a quintessential two-bedroom flint cottage.
With an open plan kitchen and dining room, cosy sitting room with open fire and dual aspect views, this cottage sleeps up to four people. Both bedrooms offer stunning views across open fields. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and super king bed, while the second bedroom has an en-suite bedroom and king size bed. Four-legged family members are carefully considered, with an endearing double decker dog bed waiting for them.
Outside of Windmill Cottage there is a good size garden and patio area to enjoy, perfect for al fresco dining and summer living in the warmer months.

The five-day holistic retreat is a transformative gut health overhaul and includes full body composition analysis, a private nutritional consultation, abdominal massages and castor oil therapies, Epsom Salt baths and tutorial, a choice of specialist treatments, daily group talks and guided walks, five-nights’ accommodation at The Goodwood Hotel and all food and drink, including supplements and digestive bitters.
Active Longevity Retreat
This five-day retreat focuses on longevity and pro-ageing. The Active Longevity Retreat explores the link between a healthy gut and longevity to maximise your healthy years. It includes daily group talks and workshops, guided walks, sound baths, yoga and movement sessions, a cookery demo workshop and private nutritional consultation, a personal body composition analysis, abdominal massages and castor oil therapies, an Epsom salt baths, five-nights’ accommodation at The Goodwood Hotel, all food and drink including supplements and digestive bitters, and a post-programme check-in with your nutritionist.
The Wim Hof Retreat
This retreat focuses on the three pillars of the Wim Hof technique, connecting us with our natural environment and helping us to become happier, healthier and stronger. This two-day retreat includes daily talks and workshops with certified WHM instructor Sarah Huntley, all meals as well as a dinner at Goodwood’s award-winning Farmer, Butcher, Chef restaurant, full use of the swimming pool and thermal suites and a night’s accommodation at The Goodwood Hotel.
Dog Friendly Accommodation at Goodwood

The perfect place for dog lovers therefore, Goodwood is an entirely dog-friendly estate. Dogs can stay at the Goodwood Hotel, all the Goodwood self-catering cottages and at Hound Lodge. They’ll even find their own beds, bowls and various doggy treats on offer there.
Dogs can also accompany their owners in the Goodwood restaurants, and even join the Members’ clubhouse, The Kennels.
For health and safety reasons, dogs can’t visit the Goodwood Health Club, or the motor racing and horse racing events. But with their very own event - Goodwoof – hopefully the humans will be forgiven.
