Gin enthusiasts should run, not walk, to sign up for Ashling Park‘s new gin making experience which opens on 6th May.
You’ll be taken on a learning journey covering History, Home Economics and Double Chemistry, as your professor helps you discover the science behind great gin-making, and then get hands on at the still to create two of your very own gins to take home and enjoy with friends and family.
This would make a great experience for a day out, or perfect to give as a gift.
Ashling Park vineyard produces award-winning sparkling wine which can be sampled during a guided tour and tasting. The chic on-site restaurant features a menu that uses locally sourced, seasonal ingredients for a real taste of Sussex.
