Bosham, one of the West Sussex's most idyllic waterside villages made national press earlier this month in The Telegraph in a feature showcasing the 10 prettiest villages for a spring weekend break.

Travel writer, Sarah Baxter, specialising in walking, adventure and UK travel, chose her favourite places for a charming seasonal escape, and among the "ten pretty places to inspire your travels" is the much photographed village of Bosham, on the shores of Chichester Harbour.

"a fine spot to welcome in the new season"

The piece commends the attractiveness of the village, mentioning the church and historic quay along with coffee shops and attractive cottages.

Visitors are suggested to stay at the Millstream Hotel and explore one of the newest stretches of the King Charles III England Coast Path, which has recently connected Hayling Islands to West Wittering Beach, via Chichester Harbour and, of course, Bosham.
