On an old dairy farm, nestled into the side of the South Downs Hills, directly beside the South Downs Way, sits The Flint Barn Cafe.

A place to refuel when walking, take time to chat with friends, or rest calf muscles after an exciting bike ride – we are here waiting with delicious food.

We are proud to run our business on the Cowdray Estate.

Summer April-September

Saturday – Sunday   8.30am – 5pmWinter October –  March

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday   10am-4pm
Saturday and Sunday   9am – 4pm
We do not take bookings as we operate on a first come first served basis.  However, we do have lots of tables in the courtyard garden, and also tables inside.  We very much look forward to seeing you soon.
