Bracklesham Bay Tea Rooms and Garden is ideally situated a few minutes walk from Bracklesham beach and is known by locals as the “gateway to Bracklesham Bay”. Also known as Clifford’s Cottage, our tea rooms are based in a beautiful thatched cottage nestled into a picturesque country garden. We offer fresh, locally sourced food and drink, all lovingly made for locals and visitors afar. From freshly made breakfasts to traditional afternoon teas, we pride ourselves on making your visit to our tea room as pleasant and as tasty as possible.

We believe that supporting our local retailers is key to a thriving and vibrant community. We source our bottled water from South Downs, ice cream from Caroline’s Dairy in Sidlesham, local beer and ale from Goodwood Home Farm.
