We are grateful to 10Adventures.com for permission to feature this circular walk which takes in some of the glorious Sussex countryside.

Begin the walk at Compton Village Stores and Tea Room (PO18 9HA) where some car parking can be found. Additional parking is available a short walk away and can be found using PO18 9EX.

From the Village Stores bear left onto the B2146 and as you pass the last few houses of the village on your left, you will see the footpath on the opposite side of the road. Cross carefully and begin your walk.

The path leads up along the hillside at a steady gradient and leads you in a clockwise direction. Admire the sweeping views (can you spot Uppark House in the distance?) of the surrounding countryside. Expect to find a stile and several kissing gates.
