Try our range of special cruises onboard ‘Richmond’ from late February to November. Our popular trips offer Fish and Chips or Afternoon Tea.

Both boats offer a lift and Kingfisher has an accessible WC.

Our Cafe overlooks the Canal Basin, where customers relax with a wide choice of drinks, mouth-watering cakes and light refreshments.  It offers inside seating indoors, on a terrace or under the trees. There is a lift to the first floor, an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.

We offer rowing boats for hire, licences for paddleboards and canoes, fishing and walking.

Our Heritage Centre has been refurbished and reopened in September 2019.

There is disabled parking at the Canal Basin, but very limited public parking on site. For details of public transport, cycle routes and nearby car parking, please visit our website.
