Honeysuckle Lodge, on a working farm close to Medmerry RSPB Nature Reserve, has access to a network of public footpaths and Bill Way, part of Cycle Route 88 from the front door. This spacious detached cottage, originally a dairy, was converted to residential accommodation in the 1960’s, now refurbished as a holiday let for up to four guests. Full central heating makes it suitable for breaks throughout the year. The patio area to the front of the cottage is ideal to appreciate the open fields and local wildlife at any time of day. There is ample parking.
The comfortable lounge with two and three-seater sofas, and a dining area, has uninterrupted rural views. There is a smart TV with DVD player and an iPod dock. There is broadband throughout the cottage with a speed of 40mb.
The fully equipped kitchen, with open views, has a gas cooker with double oven and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, integrated dishwasher and small breakfast bar. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and drying facilities.
The Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, has a bath with shower over and heated towel rail. The superking 6ft zip-linked bed allows flexible sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom with king-sized bed also has zip-linked options. Both rooms have full height wardrobes, chest of drawers, and TV.
The separate shower room with offset quadrant shower and heated towel rail makes the accommodation very flexible, ideal for families or friends sharing.
